Cheeboigah, Cheeboighah!
Here's a sneak peek at tonight's cheeseburger, which will be featured in tomorrow's Cheeseburger Saturday Night. I'll probably post it around noon, hey it's Sunday, I'm sleeping in! Oh and this is a Japanese burger and it was fucking great!

Always a good sign when a chef is dining at the place where you are eating.
For my money the best noir book of all time is James Ellroy"s White Jazz, written in a beat style of prose with something like 40 major characters. You will either love or it will give you a migraine.
@DaveW: I agree with your chef theory! And I'll check out "White Jazz," something that people either love or it gives you a migraine makes me intrigued!
